Our services include prenatal and postpartum care, labor and delivery support, birth plan assessment, breastfeeding assistance, newborn care, placenta encapsulation, and more. I am committed to empowering families to make informed decisions and helping to create a safe and supportive environment for your ideal birth. Birth Support Packages

Note:

  • Packages can be customized 

  • Retainer fee is required 

  • Payment plan available upon request​

Each package includes:

  • FREE 30-minute consultation: Conducted virtually including Introductions, discussion of birth vision, questions, & more! 

  • Prenatal Visits: Two or more tailored prenatal visits amplifying your birth vision. (Creation of Birth Plan, Labor Preparation, Comfort Measures, & more!) 

    • Birth Plan: Birth Plan Assessment & Session to discuss interests, fears, & more! 

(Choice between icon based birth plan or a simplistic birth plan)

  • Labor and Delivery Support: In-person support during labor and delivery at the birth location. One hour of postpartum support following birth.

  •  Postpartum Visit: Follow-up care, newborn care, light housekeeping & more!

  • Personalized Resource Folder

  • Lactation Education 

  • Email and Text Support: Throughout the pregnancy. *Allow 24 hour response period 

  • On-call services starting at 37 weeks

*Services are available for travel doula support or virtually.

  • Daytime support: $50/hr (Minimum 4 hours)

  • Overnight support: Starting at $55/hr
